A package was sent to me this week and was unable to be delivered because I wasn't there. Normally, the Post office is suppose to leave a slip letting the customer know an attempt was made and to pick up your package at your local Post office.
Also, when you call them they never answer the phone. Recently I ordered something from Ralph Lauren, this was not my first time. After three weeks , I called Ralph Lauren to inquire about it. I was told that the package was sent back to them because of insufficient address.
I never received a slip and the post office never delivered. I asked the customer rep to verify the address that they had and she had the right address. I am constantly losing my mail, my mailman is forever placing my neighbors mail in my box,the other day, he placed a different building number in my mailbox. I had to go drop the mail off to a different building. It is unacceptable. By far , this is the worst post office ever.
